About Me
Hey everyone! I’m Kamila, a fitness coach who helps busy professionals build strength, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle that actually fits into real life, not the other way around.
My own fitness journey began in 2014 when I simply wanted to lose weight and feel more confident. Over time, training became far more than a physical goal, it turned into my daily therapy, helping me overcome personal challenges, sharpen my focus, and grow stronger mentally and physically.
For years, I have helped friends and colleagues get started in the gym. Seeing their results sparked something in me and during prep for my first bikini bodybuilding competition (May 2025), I knew it was time to turn passion into purpose and officially step into coaching.
Alongside fitness, I work full-time as a research scientist and hold a degree in Biological and Chemical Sciences, as well as a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. This means my coaching approach combines science, structure, and real-life practicality — no fads, no extremes.
I understand what it’s like to manage long hours, stress, and the desire to stay consistent, because I’m living it too. That’s why my coaching is built around balance, smart programming, flexible nutrition, and sustainable habits that support your lifestyle rather than restrict it.
